Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide, to every state and territory, including PO boxes and parcel lockers.
Processing
Orders are picked and packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing the next business day.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, estimated transit times are:
- Metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth — 3–7 business days
- Regional areas — 5–12 business days
- NT, TAS and remote postcodes — 7–15 business days
These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees. Peak periods and weather events can add time.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If tracking hasn't updated for a few days, that's normal while a parcel is in transit — get in touch if it stalls for more than a week.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Wrong address
Check your address before you pay. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or nobody could receive it, we'll re-send it once you cover the return postage.
