About these terms

By browsing or buying from this store you agree to these terms. Please read them. If you don't agree with them, don't use the site.

Products and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We do our best to keep pricing and stock accurate, but errors happen. If a product is listed at the wrong price or is unavailable after you order, we'll contact you and offer a full refund.

Product images are supplied by the brand or the manufacturer. Slight variation in colour between a screen and the physical product is normal.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if stock has run out, if we can't verify payment, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after payment, you get a full refund.

Brands and trade marks

All brand names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners. We sell genuine branded products; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official distributor for any of those brands.

Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Your rights under Australian law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to replacing the product or refunding what you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
